What we collect
- Identity: phone number (Indian users) or email address (international users) used to sign in via OTP.
- Profile: name, date/time/place of birth, and any kundli (birth-chart) profiles you create for yourself or family members.
- Consultation content: audio/video recordings, chat messages, and structured analysis generated during or after a session with an astrologer.
- Payment: Razorpay transaction identifiers (we do not see or store card details).
- Operational: device type, IP address, and browser/user-agent for abuse prevention and debugging.
Why we use it
- To verify your identity at login (OTP over SMS/email).
- To schedule consultations, notify you of upcoming sessions, and keep an accurate history of your bookings.
- To enable the astrologer you book with to read your chart and offer guidance during the session.
- To generate a post-consultation transcript and structured summary for your own records.
- To operate the site (rate-limit abuse, debug errors, process payments, and send transactional email).
How we store it
Data is stored on Supabase (managed Postgres) in the Asia-Pacific region. Consultation recordings are stored on Daily.co with per-session access tokens. Transcription and analysis is performed by Google Gemini; only the audio of the session is uploaded, and only for the duration needed to produce the transcript.
Who we share it with
- The specific astrologer you book with (can see your kundli + chart, during and after the session they conducted).
- Our service providers (Supabase, Daily.co, Google, Razorpay, MSG91, Resend) strictly for the purposes listed above.
- Never sold, never shared with advertisers, never used to build cross-site profiles.
Retention
Booking records and consultation transcripts are retained for the lifetime of your account. Recordings are retained for at least 30 days; older recordings may be pruned. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing the contact below.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export, or delete your personal data by emailing us. We will respond within 30 days.
